By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, visiting our premises, or using our website RiyaThaiMassage.ch, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Booking and Appointments
How to Book:
• Online via RiyaThaiMassage.ch — real-time availability with instant confirmation

• Walk-in appointments (subject to availability)
Online Booking System:
• Online bookings are processed through the Zenarion booking system (zenarion.ch), which we use as our technical booking provider
• The service contract is always concluded directly between you and Riya Thai Massage by Kusnirik
• Booking data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy
Booking Confirmation:
• Online bookings of available time slots are confirmed immediately
• You receive a confirmation email with a personal booking link and calendar file
• A reminder is sent before your appointment (email and/or SMS)
• Appointment is binding once confirmed
Managing Your Booking:
• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment yourself via the personal link in your confirmation email
• Changes are subject to the cancellation policy in Section 6
Age Requirements:
• Services available to adults aged 16 and above
• Clients under 18 require written parental consent
• Valid ID may be requested
5. Payment Terms
Payment Methods:
• Cash (CHF)
• Card payments via SumUp
• TWINT mobile payments
• Gift cards and promotional codes (see Section 14)
Payment Timing:
• Payment is due in full at the time of service
• No advance payment required for booking
• Online bookings show the applicable price before you confirm
• Gift cards purchased online are paid in advance by bank transfer (see Section 14)
Receipts:
• Official receipts are provided for all payments
• Digital copies available upon request
6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Standard Cancellations:
• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance
• Acceptable online via your booking link, or via phone, WhatsApp, or email
• No charge for timely cancellations
Late Cancellations (< 24 hrs):
• 50% of the booked service fee applies
• Fee must be paid before future bookings
No-Shows:
• Full fee applies
• Payment required before future bookings
Emergency Situations:
• Considered on a case-by-case basis
• Medical documentation may be required
Force Majeure:
• No penalty for natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events
7. Health and Safety Requirements
Client Health Disclosure:
• You must inform us of medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy
• Failure to disclose may result in service refusal without refund
Service Limitations:
• We may refuse service for safety concerns
• Our services are wellness-oriented, not medical
Hygiene Standards:
• Showering before treatment is recommended
• Clean, appropriate clothing is required
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client appears clearly unwell
8. Professional Conduct and Boundaries
Client Behavior:
• Respectful conduct is mandatory
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior leads to termination without refund
Professional Boundaries:
• All services are strictly therapeutic
• Staff may refuse service at any time
Privacy and Confidentiality:
• Treatment rooms are private
• Recording/photography is not allowed

9. Liability and Insurance

• Liability is limited to the cost of the service

14. Gift Cards and Promotional Codes
Purchasing a Gift Card:
• Online via the gift-card section on RiyaThaiMassage.ch, or in person at the salon
• Online purchases are paid in advance by bank transfer — you receive payment instructions by email, including a scannable Swiss QR code
• After we confirm receipt of your payment, the digital gift card with its unique code is delivered by email, including a printable PDF version
• Online gift-card orders that remain unpaid expire automatically after 30 days at no cost to you
Using a Gift Card:
• Redeemable online — enter the code in the “Gift card or promo code” field when booking — or in person at the salon
• Gift cards carry a balance: if your booking costs less than the card value, the remaining balance stays on the code for future visits
• Valid for 2 years from the date of issue; the expiry date is stated on the card
• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, but freely transferable to another person
Promotional Codes:
• We may offer time-limited promotional discount codes
• Conditions (validity period, usage limits) are stated with each promotion
• One promotional code per booking; codes cannot be exchanged for cash
Group Bookings:
• Available for 3 or more guests
• Must be booked in advance
• Custom terms may apply
Corporate Services:
• Wellness programs for businesses available
• Separate terms apply

15. Termination and Suspension
Service Termination:
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service
• Repeated policy violations may result in refusal of future service
